Reshaping the Landscape with Happy Trees
At this year’s Southeastern Regional Conference (SERC), Julie Shaffer, Jan Flesher and Chaz Ross-Munro channeled their inner creativity in an interactive session aimed at transforming the pursuit process and finding “happy trees” along the way.
In their session, “From Bob Ross to Monet: Infusing Creativity into Your Pursuit Process,” the trio, decked out in matching wigs, shared creative inspiration on how to gain a deeper understanding of the owner/client and communicate value in each phase of the pursuit process. Participants uncovered new ways to help their firms tap into their own creative potential and transform how they craft their next pursuit strategy.
