InDesign in Style Workshop
Julie Shaffer, CPSM, Adobe Certified Expert in InDesign CC, led a group of DFW professionals through a step-by-step workshop on InDesign styles to maximize consistency and efficiency of the design process.
The interactive workshop, hosted by SMPS Fort Worth at the Teague, Nail and Perkins Fort Worth office, covered basic style mechanics, setup, and how to use them collectively to automate text and object formatting. Participants also learned some of the new InDesign style features and basic GREP to take their styles to the next level for resumes, organization charts, schedules, workflow graphics, project sheets, and more.
Julie led attendees through this workshop-style session using pre-created training files and resources for everyone to participate hands-on using their own laptops. The session covered:
